                Delegates Rowe, Lovejoy, Walker, Barach, Hansen, Pushkin, Young, Evans, Thompson, Doyle and Hornbuckle move to amend the Com Sub for HB2022 on page 193, Section 9, after the second line 1 which provides “West Virginia University – Surplus……. ##### $18,000,000” by inserting a new appropriation as follows:

School of Medicine

Fund 0347 FY 2022 Org 0471

Minority Health Institute……………………………                         XXXX      $190,000”;

                And,

                On page 193, Section 9, on the second line 2 by reconciling “Total TITLE II, Section 9 – Surplus Accrued” accordingly.
